Director, Learning Product Strategy

Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a senior product leader to oversee Learning & Skills capabilities across Institutes of Higher Learning, moving from project-based delivery to a scalable, value-driven product-centric approach.

You will define the product vision, own the portfolio, lead feature prioritisation, and coordinate with senior management to align sector priorities, while managing the full lifecycle from legacy to future-state capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise systems, programme leadership or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale digital products or transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in CET, lifelong learning or education technology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Act as the single accountable owner of the product portfolio across Institutes of Higher Learning.
• Lead prioritisation of product features and enhancements based on business value, user impact and operational considerations.
• Ensure delivery of product capabilities is aligned with product strategy and sector priorities.
• Engage senior management and stakeholders to shape product direction and drive sector-wide alignment.
• Define and track product success metrics.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment between product strategy and system design.
• Own the full product lifecycle.
• Oversee transition from legacy systems to future-state capabilities.
