Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a senior product manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Learning & Skills portfolio, turning strategy into roadmaps and delivery outcomes.

You will own the product backlog, align across domains, refine requirements for delivery, and monitor performance while supporting governance and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management or related fields.
• Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
• Experience in CET, lifelong learning, education technology or related domains is advantageous.

What the role is

What we are looking for

Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise application delivery or related fields.

Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.

Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation skills.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.

Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education technology or related domains will be an advantage.
