Job summary

JTC in Singapore is seeking a Director of Asset & Portfolio Management to drive strategy and performance across a diverse industrial real estate portfolio. You will lead a team delivering asset planning, analytics, and value creation while aligning with national development objectives.

You will shape capital recycling, collaborate across divisions, and report on performance, sustainability, and risk-adjusted returns to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, MSc Real Estate) or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, RICS) are a plus.
• Background in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a government, statutory board, REIT, or institutional real estate environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset and portfolio strategies aligned with corporate objectives and policy directions.
• Oversee portfolio performance monitoring, including occupancy and rental income analysis.
• Identify opportunities for value enhancement through repositioning, tenant mix optimisation, and lease restructuring.
• Establish and refresh a long-term building programme aligned with national priorities and market conditions.
• Determine mix of development typologies and phasing across the programme horizon.
• Integrate building programme with capital planning and budgeting cycles.
• Lead lifecycle management from acquisition to redevelopment and divestment.
• Champion sustainability and ESG initiatives across the portfolio.
