Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is assisting in recruiting an experienced life insurance specialist to deliver bespoke solutions for HNW/UHNW clients in Singapore. The role focuses on building a strong referral network and delivering tailored wealth planning and legacy concepts.

The ideal candidate will engage high-net-worth clients, present tailored propositions, participate in events and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while pursuing a long-term career in life insurance and wealth advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimally 6 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Prior experience in financial advisory, wealth management or the HNW insurance segment.
• Strong relationship-building, business development, and client engagement capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to building a long-term career in life insurance and wealth advisory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners across assigned markets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through established referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Engage prospective HNW clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend suitable wealth planning and wealth structuring solutions.
• Present tailored insurance propositions, including wealth preservation and legacy planning concepts.
• Participate in networking events, marketing initiatives and business development activities.
• Ensure all advisory and business development activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
