Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to drive growth in the HNW intermediary channel in Singapore. You will develop and manage strategic relationships with internal distribution partners to grow new business and market share within the life insurance space.

The role requires deep knowledge of HNW insurance solutions, relationship management, and business development in the life insurance industry, with a focus on wealth preservation and legacy planning for affluent clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of wealth management experience.
• Strong understanding of life insurance, wealth planning, estate planning and HNW client needs.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage and prospect new onshore and offshore clients referred by internal distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm’s presence within the affluent client segment.
• Conduct detailed FNA with clients and curate personalised recommendations & solutions.
• Drive awareness and adoption of wealth preservation, legacy planning, and protection solutions.
• Consistently update clients on the latest market trends and information regarding their portfolio.
• Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
