Director, Global HRIS and Americas Payroll

As a Global HRIS Specialist at Sirva Worldwide, Inc., your primary responsibility will be to standardize the HRIS policy and process globally to ensure consistent HR data and provide valuable people analytics to our leaders. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining HR dashboards to monitor HR metrics and KPIs, as well as managing the accuracy of employee data for analysis, regulatory compliance, reporting, and distribution.Another key aspect of your role will involve applying predictive analytics to forecast future HR trends such as staffing, turnover, and employee performance. You will be expected to develop models to identify patterns and provide recommendations to the HR team in order to drive HR initiatives effectively.To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Global HRIS, with a progressive increase in responsibility. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in other languages is highly desired. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics using predictive modeling and reporting, as well as the ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
