Job summary

Accenture seeks an Associate Director to lead Fulfilment, Logistics, and Warehousing transformation programs. You will guide clients through end-to-end process and technology change to improve supply chain execution and warehouse operations.

In this role you will develop transformation roadmaps, collaborate with technology and operations teams, and drive performance improvements across order management, inventory flow, and warehouse design in a global client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain consulting or operations leadership.
• Strong expertise in fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, and order management.
• Experience with warehouse and supply chain execution technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead fulfilment and warehousing transformation engagements from strategy through execution.
• Assess and redesign warehouse and fulfilment operating models.
• Drive improvements in order management, logistics, inventory flow, and warehouse performance.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to deploy digital fulfilment solutions.
• Guide clients on warehouse automation, visibility, performance management, and operational excellence.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
