Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and deliver complex Supply Chain transformation programs across industries, combining strategy, business transformation, and technology-enabled consulting.

You will work with client executives, guide multidisciplinary teams, shape operating models, and drive improvements in planning, fulfillment, and end-to-end performance while contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, advisory, or transformation roles with leadership of large-scale engagements.
• Deep expertise across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Experience delivering transformation programs enabled by planning technologies (e.g., O9, Kinaxis).
• Strong knowledge of operating models, process design, and digital transformation methods.
• Proven ability to lead engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain transformation engagements from strategy through execution and value realization.
• Advise client leadership on operating model design, planning excellence, network optimization, and fulfillment.
• Drive transformation across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
• Assess current-state capabilities and develop target-state operating models, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Lead design and deployment of technology-enabled supply chain solutions leveraging advanced planning platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business outcomes.
• Build and maintain senior client stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.
