Job summary

FINN Partners Singapore is seeking a Director to lead financial services and technology communications. You will set the strategy for a portfolio of accounts, coach a team of consultants, and ensure campaigns land across earned, content, digital, social and events.

You’ll grow the practice by spotting opportunities in existing work, leading pitches, and building strong client relationships while maintaining budgets, scopes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years in PR or integrated communications, ideally agency-side.
• Proven track record in financial services and enterprise technology or cybersecurity.
• Experience leading senior client counsel and strategic campaigns.
• Ability to grow the practice and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy across accounts in Singapore and the region.
• Direct integrated campaigns across earned, content, digital, creative and social.
• Mentor consultants and executives; manage budgets and profitability.
• Lead pitches and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with media across channels.
