Responsibilities

• Lead origination and structuring of financing solutions for digital infrastructure transactions.
• Pitch tailored financial solutions leveraging industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment.
• Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to identify new business and cross-sell opportunities.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the digital infrastructure sector.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and execute transactions end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build, review & run sensitivities on robust financial model/cash flow to assess feasibility and profitability of projects.
• Work with syndication desk on underwriting and distribution strategy for a transaction.
• Present transactions to internal credit and risk committees, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on risk assessment and policy setting related to new business initiatives.
• Support senior management in executing strategic directions and contribute to thought leadership in the digital infrastructure finance space.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Assist in team management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Origination and Client Coverage

1. Lead the origination and structuring of financing solutions (including acquisition finance, mezz finance, holdoco finance, non recourse financing) for digital infrastructure transactions.
2. Actively pitch tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment.
3. Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to identify new business and cross sell opportunities to improve and maximize returns.
4. Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the digital infrastructure sector.
5. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

Deal Execution

1. Oversee and execute transactions front to end, working together with internal stakeholders (Credit risk, Treasury, Syndication, Legal and compliance etc.) and external stakeholders.
2. Work with team to build, review & run sensitivities on robust financial model/cash flow to assess feasibility and profitability of projects, accounting for various scenarios.
3. Work with syndication desk on overall underwriting and distributon strategy on a transaction.
4. Present transactions to internal credit and risk committees, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Thought Leadership

1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on risk assessment and policy setting related to new business initiatives.
