Job summary

Aon is seeking a Director, Enterprise Insights based in Singapore with flexible virtual and office work. You will sit at the intersection of brand, research, strategy and market insights to shape Aon's perspectives and lead its global content agenda.

You will partner with senior leaders worldwide to connect proprietary data, market intelligence and business expertise into differentiated viewpoints that inform decision making and strengthen Aon's market position.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise insights, thought leadership, strategy, research, brand, or communications.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across global organizations.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise insights agenda and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate research, data and market intelligence into distinctive perspectives.
• Shape Aon's global content strategy and lead market conversations.
• Collaborate with Risk Capital, Human Capital and regional teams.
• Work with Brand, Content, Marketing and Editorial to bring thinking to market.
