Job summary

Aquila Talent is seeking an experienced Director for Elder Care Services to lead strategic and operational growth of our community-based eldercare offerings. This role oversees existing programmes while guiding the expansion of new centres and services that support seniors to age actively, independently, and with dignity.

You will manage multi-site operations, engage with government agencies and partners, and develop leaders and frontline teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of leadership experience in eldercare, community care, healthcare, or the social service sector.
• Proven experience managing community programmes, centre operations, or multi-site services.
• Strong stakeholder management with government agencies and community partners.
• A strategic, collaborative, and innovative leader with strong communication and people management skills.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare, Community Development, Gerontology, or a related discipline
• At least 8–12 years of leadership experience in eldercare, community care, healthcare, or the social service sector
• Proven experience managing community programmes, centre operations, or multi-site services
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with government agencies and community partners
• Demonstrated ability to lead service expansion, organisational growth, and high-performing teams
• A strategic, collaborative, and innovative leader with strong communication and people management skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Active Ageing Centres, community care organisations, or senior services
• Familiarity with Singapore's social service landscape and community care ecosystem
• Professional accreditation such as Registered Social Worker is an advantage
