Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven professional to formulate and implement digital strategies that boost sales channels and resolve process challenges in business and project management.

You will support management sponsorship, engage distribution partners, lead system enablement and UAT, prioritize digital platform updates, and report status to senior management while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in project management, system implementation, and UAT.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to challenges.
• Proficiency with MS Office, JIRA, HPQC and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement digital strategies to enhance sales channels and resolve process challenges.
• Support management sponsorship by identifying business needs aligned with IT capabilities.
• Engage with distribution partners to develop strategies meeting their requirements.
• Lead system enablement projects and act as UAT manager to meet timelines.
• Prioritize updates to digital platforms to boost distribution productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide status reports to senior management.
• Evaluate compliance risks and mitigate potential issues.
