Job summary

AIA is seeking an IT solutions professional in Singapore to empower the Agency Force with integrated technology. You will help deliver innovative Sales Tools, including the iPoS app and iSMART, to enable deeper customer engagements and smoother cross-functional workflows.

The role emphasizes driving productivity through technology, training users, and collaborating with the Distribution Digital Enablement team to ensure adoption and value across tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Computer Science / Technology or related discipline.
• Strong IT solutions development & project management skills.
• Experience in training, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Proficiency in managing communication platforms and vendor relationships.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate effectively across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative IT solutions to empower the Agency Force.
• Transform ideas into functional Sales Tools applications.
• Enhance usability of the iPoS application to increase electronic submissions.
• Support agency operations by enhancing iSMART+, iRecruit, CDA systems.
• Implement self-help functions as part of Ease of Doing Business initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions and gather feedback from the Agency Force and Agency Sales Team.
• Address queries, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues effectively.
• Oversee the initiation of project planning with stakeholders to develop business requirements.
• Ensure requirements and walkthroughs align with stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate Level 1 sales support activities for front-end applications.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for iPoS-related issues.
• Manage agency system needs including vendor relationships, encryption, access control, and budgeting.
• Coordinate communication channels for the Agency Force (AIA branded email, LCD Broadcast System).
