Job summary

Infineon Technologies Singapore seeks a senior RTL/SoC architect and people leader to guide multiple teams across sites. You will drive architecture decisions for blocks or SoCs and oversee RTL design, integration, and signoff readiness, including timing, CDC, reset and power intent.

You will build competency in RTL, DV, DFT, safety and security, define design methodologies, and mentor teams through hiring, coaching and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant study.
• More than 10-15+ years in digital IC/SoC development.
• Leadership experience: multi-project planning, stakeholder management, vendor /IP management.
