Job summary

Infineon Technologies Singapore invites a Test Hardware Design and Manufacturing Manager on our R&D team to shape the future of automotive microcontrollers. You will lead a multidisciplinary group, drive the ATE hardware design roadmap, and deliver scalable test solutions across current and future platforms, blending creativity with engineering rigor.

You will champion digitalisation, automation, and AI-powered practices to raise productivity, quality, and speed while partnering with Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Microelectronics, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in Automotive Microcontrollers, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or related domains.
• Proven expertise in ATE Test Hardware development, with end-to-end lifecycle understanding from requirements definition and design through qualification, buy-off, and production deployment.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne, or equivalent); hands-on experience is a significant advantage.

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, able to inspire teams, build consensus, and drive change

Additional Competencies

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and organisational effectiveness
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning (ML), or advanced data analytics applied to Test Hardware development is a strong plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
