Job summary

Infineon Technologies Singapore is seeking a System Design Engineer within the Research & Development team to merge creativity with technical prowess and shape the future of power and IoT silicon solutions.

You will collaborate with design teams on pre-/post-silicon verification, participate in FPGA prototyping, and develop verification software. The role emphasizes strong scripting and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant study.
• Proficiency in C or Python.
• Strong experience with Linux scripting, test automation, driver development, and API development.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet switching, network programming, and TCP/IP; CCNA/CCIE is a plus.
• Understanding of automotive software processes (ASPICE, ISO 26262 functional safety) and automotive Ethernet protocols (MKA/MACsec, 802.1CB, 802.3DM, 802.1DG) is a plus.
• Nice to have: Verilog, Xilinx Vivado, FPGA experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
