Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a dynamic professional to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of digital and AI-enabled service delivery solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to modernise enterprise service systems, and champion adoption of new digital ways of working within the public service.

You will participate in Whole-of-Government service improvement projects, driving digital integration and citizen-centric service delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation and service innovation.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end system maintenance or modernisation.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, cloud platforms and SaaS in service delivery.
