Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd, acting for a large Singaporean client, is seeking a Director-level DevSecOps Engineering Lead to shape how critical platforms are built, secured and delivered. This newly created role commands leadership across security engineering, platform engineering and governance in a major technology transformation.

You will set standards for CI/CD, IaC, and security automation, while guiding threat modelling and secure architecture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevSecOps, platform engineering or security engineering.
• Familiar with secure SDLC, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, container security, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform and Docker is useful.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps and platform engineering practices, setting standards for CI/CD, IaC, security automation, tooling and environment management.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve developer experience, increase automation and enable self-service capabilities.
• Provide guidance on secure architecture and threat modelling while leading key engineering initiatives in the transformation.
