Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) seeks a senior leader to define APAC data capability strategy and drive enterprise data enablement across data management, governance and analytics. You will shape roadmaps, develop capability frameworks and work with HR and business leaders to deliver workforce readiness for a data-driven organisation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equal professional experience in Business, Technology, CS, Data & Analytics or related discipline.
10–15 years of experience in data transformation, capability strategy, or enterprise data adoption with leadership roles.
Proven ability to work with Data, Analytics or Technology functions and to shape priority project work.

Responsibilities

Define APAC data capability strategy aligned with priorities and future operating model.
Develop roadmaps to address gaps across Data Management, Governance, Quality, Analytics and Platforms.
Establish capability frameworks and maturity measures across data disciplines.
Strengthen data capabilities and talent through development, accreditation and knowledge transfer.
Partner with HR and leaders to translate capability requirements into workforce plans.
Advise senior management on capability gaps, risks and investment priorities.
