Job summary

WSA in Singapore seeks a Director, Commercial Excellence APAC to set the agenda and implement the Commercial Excellence program across APAC. You will own design and rollout, embedding Smart Lean into how country teams operate, reporting to the Regional President, APAC.

Partner with global teams, train markets, and ensure the operating rhythm of the region’s commercial approach, driving transformation and performance improvements across countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience, complemented by a minimum of 5 years leading project and change management initiatives, with formal change management qualification.
• Smart Lean trained and experienced, with a track record of embedding the methodology into real commercial operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to bring diverse country teams along through complex transformation.
• Experienced working across multiple countries or multinational contexts, able to adapt a regional agenda to fit varied market realities.

Responsibilities
