Job summary

You will spearhead engagement with agency leaders, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance while driving sustained production and performance. This role requires a strong track record in life insurance distribution, stakeholder management, and field leadership to uplift professionalism.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life insurance or financial advisory distribution
• Proven ability to engage and influence agency leaders
• Strong understanding of activity management and productivity drivers
• Good grasp of regulatory/compliance expectations in advisory distribution
• Solid leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and networking to bring in qualified advisers
• Direct BD strategy and leadership to support agency growth and productivity
• Engage managers to drive sustainable production growth and pipeline management
• Oversee campaigns, events and marketing initiatives for field adoption and governance
• Collaborate with functional heads and provide management reporting on engagement and effectiveness
