Job summary

Eastspring Investments is seeking a senior data & benchmarks lead to drive governance, lifecycle management, and design of fair benchmarks for performance and risk reporting. You will collaborate with investment teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee onboarding and offboarding of benchmarks across the firm, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data management experience in asset management.
• Extensive experience in investment management, benchmark governance, or performance analytics.
• Strong understanding of index methodologies, benchmark construction, and financial markets.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and licensing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering and consolidation of benchmark data requirements across Eastspring Investments Group.
• Manage central benchmark governance, lifecycle, data validation and oversight.
• Oversee vendor relationships and licensing for benchmark data.
• Coordinate onboarding, oversight and offboarding of benchmarks across the firm.
• Design and implement fair, ESG-aware benchmarks for performance measurement and risk reporting.
