Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall strategic direction, goals, and objectives, considering market trends, client needs, and industry advancements.
• Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships
• Build and lead a high-performing team of designers, architects, project managers, and other professionals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance. Make informed decisions to ensure projects are financially viable and profitable.
• Maintain a strong focus on design creativity, innovation and quality. Review and approve design concepts to ensure they align with the company's vision and client expectations.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Oversee relationships with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the design and construction phases to ensure the highest standard of workmanship
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, such as scope changes, budget overruns, and scheduling delays.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe and lawful work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to incorporate relevant advancements into the company's projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and professional organizations to enhance the company's reputation and collaboration opportunities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a diverse team of professionals.
