Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. seeks a quantitative professional to design and deploy digital twin solutions for manufacturing optimization. You will collaborate with manufacturing, planning and supply chain teams to transform data into actionable insights and scalable software.

You will build data pipelines, APIs, modeling engines and UIs, and drive deployment and continuous improvement across Micron's global sites with AI-assisted tooling and responsible practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with strong programming ability.
• Hands-on experience in OR, DES, optimization and practical solutions.
• Experience developing software applications using Python, SQL, Java, C/C++, C#, JS/HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of APIs, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, ETL/data pipelines, and AI-assisted tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or semiconductor operations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent work in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to apply AI literacy and use AI tools responsibly for analysis and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems.
• Design, develop, and deploy digital twin solutions using OR, optimization, and DES.
• Build production-grade apps, data pipelines, modeling engines, APIs, and UIs.
• Transform large datasets into actionable insights and decision-support tools.
• Drive deployment, adoption, benchmarking, and continuous improvement across sites.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, AI engineers, and domain experts.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work while complying with standards and laws.
• Identify and share AI-enabled enhancements to improve efficiency and outcomes.
