Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a data analytics engineer to design and implement advanced data analytics, AI-assisted tooling, and digital twin concepts for semiconductor manufacturing and operations optimization.

You will work with product, service, and global production teams to turn big data into actionable insights, build scalable models, and accelerate decision-making across planning and operations using Python, SQL, and emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science/IE/OR or equivalent with strong programming and modeling.
• Experience developing Digital Twin solutions for semiconductor manufacturing or related domains.
• Experience in discrete event simulation and OR techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; Java knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement methods to analyze unstructured big data for insights.
• Interact with product and service teams to identify questions for data analysis.
• Develop algorithms and automated processes to cleanse and evaluate large datasets.
• Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources.
• Communicate insights to product, service, and business managers.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate analytics and software development.
• Collaborate across global sites to optimize production metrics.
• Drive global alignment of optimization and simulation solutions.
