Job summary

Galatek is seeking a Digital Twin / Simulation Engineer to lead full-system virtual equipment modeling for our AI platform. You will craft high-fidelity digital twins of semiconductor tools and simulate thermal, kinematic, gas-flow, and optical interactions to enable virtual testing before wafer deployment.

You will collaborate with mechanical, mechatronics, process, and software teams to translate physics into accurate computational models and validate them against real sensor streams for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Experience building digital twins or physics-based simulations.
• Strong Python/MATLAB programming and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Build high-fidelity digital twins of semiconductor equipment.
• Model multi-physics interactions including thermal, kinematic and optics.
• Integrate models with real-time control software for HIL validation.
• Calibrate models using real sensor data from tools.
• Collaborate with mechanics, mechatronics, process and software teams.
