Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Software Eng/Robotics or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++, with solid OO design.
• Experience developing simulation, robotics, Digital Twin, or automation software.
• Understanding of 3D simulation, physics-based modeling, robot kinematics, motion, sensors, or perception systems.
• Experience with Git, APIs, modular software architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate physical engineering problems into software solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across software, robotics, automation, controls, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Analyze engineering and manufacturing requirements and design, develop, test, maintain, and debug simulation, Digital Twin, and Physical AI software for automation and robotics.
• Develop physics-based simulation environments, virtual equipment and robot models, digital assets, and reusable software components.
• Create and integrate simulation capabilities for robotics, perception, sensors, and autonomous systems.
• Build simulation-to-real and real-to-simulation workflows to align virtual models with physical systems.
• Develop reusable APIs, libraries, plugins, data pipelines, and integration frameworks across software stacks.
• Contribute across the full development lifecycle, from programming and modeling to platform design and system integration.
• Collaborate with software, AI, robotics, mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers to validate complex concepts.
• Adopt modern software practices including OO programming, modular architectures, version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and APIs.
