Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Singapore seeks an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and validate simulation, Digital Twin, and Physical AI solutions for automated systems. You will build physics-based environments, reusable components, and integration frameworks, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to accelerate robotics and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (CS/Engineering/Robotics).
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python and/or C++ programming, OO design.
• Experience in simulation, robotics, Digital Twin, or automation software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and debug simulation, Digital Twin, and Physical AI software for automation and robotics.
• Develop physics-based simulation environments, robot models, and reusable components to accelerate validation.
• Integrate simulation capabilities for robotics, perception, vision, sensors, motion, and synthetic data generation.
• Build simulation-to-real and real-to-sim workflows to improve model correlation with physical systems.
