Certis Land Security seeks a Development Manager to drive technology-enabled initiatives across security and facilities operations. You will bridge operational needs with software solutions, analytics, and automation to enhance efficiency and service value.

The role requires 5+ years in software development or tech project management, strong programming skills, and collaboration with IT, operations, and vendors to deliver innovative outcomes.

Qualifications

• For this role, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required and at least 5 years in software development, digital transformation or technology project management.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript with experience in systems integrations and analytics.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, IoT, and digital platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and digital transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions to improve productivity and service effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations, business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, automation, IoT, and digital platforms.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity, data protection, and governance requirements.
• Perform administrative duties, coordinate meetings, write minutes, and handle any other assigned tasks.
