Job summary

SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end analysis for digital transformation in a highly regulated environment.

You will oversee requirements, design, testing, implementation and post-go-live support with strong stakeholder management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business, engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in gathering requirements, process analysis and documenting functional specs.
• Hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT, defect management and implementation.
• Experience designing customer-facing platforms or digital channels in regulated environments.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid SDLC methodologies, with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet business users and stakeholders to understand needs, problems and objectives through interviews and workshops.
• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, conflicts, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare BRD, Functional Requirements, User Stories, Use Cases, flows and acceptance criteria.
• Study As-Is processes and design To-Be processes to improve efficiency.
• Clarify requirements, respond to developers, ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Prepare test scenarios, support UAT, coordinate defect resolution and obtain business sign-off.
• Collaborate with business users, management, developers and vendors to align expectations.
