Job summary

AvePoint Singapore is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the team delivering MAS internal process and product transformations. You will elicit, analyse, validate, specify and manage business needs for various products.

You will document requirements, use user stories, assess options, and collaborate with SMEs and third‑party vendors to ensure milestones and quality. This role emphasizes Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements management, solutioning and design.
• Experience across complete project development life cycles.
• Ability to facilitate discussions/workshops to elicit and prioritise key business needs.
• Strong interaction with subject matter experts and technical understanding.
• Pro-active and able to innovate to meet business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge in Agile, BPRe, SharePoint, data analytics, and BI tools like Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage business requirements and functional solution scope; build business cases.
• Document requirements and user stories; evaluate alternatives and recommend best fit.
• Perform business analysis across projects; ensure traceability and validation.
• Apply Agile methodologies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Assess testing scenarios and ensure proper test coverage.
• Manage conflicts, changes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and MAS teams for milestones and sign‑offs.
• Support PMs/Program Directors with tasks as assigned.
