Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support GovTech projects and drive digital initiatives for MFA. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, eliting business needs, and producing user stories, technical specs, and acceptance criteria.

We offer a 24-month fixed-term contract, a structured development framework, and opportunities to work on Singapore Government Agency projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT business analysis experience.
• Experience in at least two full software/product development cycles, preferably using Agile.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GovTech onsite team to support BA and digital initiatives.
• Elicit citizen and business needs using human-centred methods and develop business cases.
• Develop user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria with GovTech/MFA projects.
• Evaluate technologies aligned with SG Tech Stack and choice of Agile/Waterfall methods.
