Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Test Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end testing services for Digital domain applications. You will manage bank-appointed vendors, review test strategies, and sign off on plans while coordinating with Test Governance to ensure standards and health checks are followed.

You will engage with stakeholders across applications, security, infrastructure, and business to meet testing objectives and demand, acting as the escalation point for issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.
• Experience with testing tool suites and methodologies across Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven track record in managing shared IT service development and IT Testing Services.
• Strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders to deliver collaboration and services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of testing services for one or more applications/projects in the Digital domain.
• Manage day-to-day delivery by bank-appointed vendors for testing.
• Review and sign off on test strategies and plans with service providers.
• Coordinate with Test Governance for methods, standards, tools, and health checks.
• Communicate scope changes and assess impacts to plans with providers.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with objectives and demand.
• First point of escalation for issues raised by stakeholders and vendors.
• Quantify, track and report testing statuses, SLAs and KPIs.
