Job summary

Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated student to support its Innovation team in digitalization efforts across food service operations. You will participate in digital projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.

You will assist with UAT, post-implementation activities, and contribute to UX/UI testing, data analysis, and stakeholder communication while developing practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing polytechnic diploma or university degree.
• Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support digitalization projects and system upgrade initiatives.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pre-go-live, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Support the development and improvement of digital functions and workflows.
• Test and review UX/UI features across digital ordering systems and platforms.
• Monitor system utilization and performance and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and operational readiness.
• Support troubleshooting, system fixes, and technical issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors where required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and data analysis tools.
