Job summary

ernst & young advisory pte. ltd. is seeking a consultant to support Digital Supply Chain and Commercial Transformation for Japanese and regional clients. You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, digital and analytics, with significant exposure to Japanese stakeholders.

You will lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, prepare executive‑ready deliverables, and facilitate workshops in Japanese and English. This role spans diagnostics through implementation across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or relevant fields.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, or supply chain/operations/commercial transformation
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to interpret and structure data
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities
• Business‑fluent English and Japanese

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives, including diagnostics, roadmap development, and process redesign.
• Translate business requirements into structured transformation initiatives and implementation plans.
• Apply an AI‑and analytics‑first approach to identify opportunities, enhance processes, and drive measurable impact across supply chain and commercial workflows.
• Lead day‑to‑day workstreams and contribute to project delivery; prepare executive‑ready deliverables.
• Facilitate client discussions and workshops in Japanese and English; bridge between Japanese HQ and regional teams.
