Job summary

EXEO GLOBAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Digital Solution Analyst to plan, analyse, design and implement digital solutions that drive business transformation and operational improvement.

You will collaborate with users and stakeholders to redesign processes and deliver automation, AI, APIs, integrations and applications. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Qualifications in business analysis, project management, Agile or process improvement would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan solution requirements, workflows, functional design and implementation approach.
• Develop and implement digital solutions, including automation, AI, APIs, integrations and applications.
• Coordinate testing, user validation, deployment and handover.
• Support Digital Solutions Engineers and provide guidance on solution design and project delivery.
• Work with MIS and QM departments on infrastructure, deployment and security/governance requirements.
• Assist the DIT Manager in ensuring the availability, reliability and operational continuity of solutions developed by the DIT team.

The Digital Solution Analyst plans, analyses, designs and implements digital solutions that support business transformation and operational improvement. The role works closely with users and respective stakeholders to redesign processes and deliver automation, AI, APIs, integrations and applications. This position also supports testing, deployment and business continuity and recovery planning.

Job Description:

• Responsible not only for building solutions, but also for planning, analysing requirements and coordinating implementation.
• Engage users and business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse and redesign internal/business processes before proposing digital solutions.
• Plan solution requirements, workflows, functional design and implementation approach.
• Develop and implement digital solutions, including automation, AI, APIs, integrations and applications.
• Coordinate testing, user validation, deployment and handover.
• Support Digital Solutions Engineers and provide guidance on solution design and project delivery.
• Work with MIS and QM departments on infrastructure, deployment and security/governance requirements.
• Assist the DIT Manager in ensuring the availability, reliability and operational continuity of solutions developed by the DIT team, including business continuity and recovery plans.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Qualifications in business analysis, project management, Agile or process improvement would be advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, solution delivery, process improvement or application development.
• Experience gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into workflows and functional designs.
• Experience coordinating development, testing, user acceptance, deployment and production handover.
• Practical experience with automation, AI, APIs, system integration or application development.
• Experience guiding technical team members or coordinating small projects would be advantageous.
• Experience in supporting users from a multi-site or regional IT environment.
