• Perform system analyses and assessments to identify improvement opportunities and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and business alignment.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovations to enhance solution capabilities.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Define project scope based on business requirements and translate needs into actionable project plans; lead end-to-end execution of automation and digitalisation projects from concept to deployment.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and proposals to stakeholders and leadership; coordinate and secure utilisation of workforce-related grants.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting continuous learning and capability development; support executive and guest visits, ensuring smooth coordination and engagement; undertake additional responsibilities, including tender research and submission.
