Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT Training & Support Executive to deliver computer and digital skills training to students and staff in Singapore.

The role involves developing training materials, providing IT equipment support, AV setup for events, and multimedia production tasks such as photography and video editing. 18-month contract; salary SGD 3,300–3,500 monthly, with work Mon-Fri and occasional events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Digital Media, Multimedia, or Education Technology.
• At least 2 years of relevant training experience.
• Experience in educational settings is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with multimedia apps like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop or Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Conduct computer and digital skills training for students and staff.
• Develop and review training materials and digital learning programmes.
• Provide technical support for IT equipment, computer labs and related activities.
• Support audio-visual equipment setup for events, meetings and webinars.
• Assist with photography, videography, editing and digital media management.
• Maintain digital resources and support website updates.
• Assist with IT equipment inventory and other technology-related activities.
• Provide technical, training and project support as required.
