Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT and digital media trainer to deliver computer skills training to students and staff. You will develop materials, support online learning tools and provide technical support for IT equipment and computer labs.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent in IT/Digital Media, at least 2 years in technology-related training, and strong English communication. Experience with Adobe tools and STEM platforms is advantageous, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Digital Media, Multimedia, Education Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in computer training or technology-related training.
• Experience in educational settings is preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of multimedia applications (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with basic coding/STEM platforms (Scratch, Arduino) is a plus.
• Experience in photography, videography, animation, video editing or website maintenance is an advantage.
• Good project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, adaptable and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct computer and digital skills training for students and staff.
• Develop and review training materials and programmes to support digital literacy and technology skills development.
• Support the use of multimedia, productivity and online learning tools.
• Provide technical support for IT equipment, computer labs and technology-related activities.
• Assist with setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for events, meetings and webinars.
• Support photography, videography, photo/video editing and digital media management.
• Maintain and organise digital media resources and assist with website updates.
• Assist with technology-related activities, assessments and programme reviews.
• Support inventory management of IT and AV equipment.
• Provide other technical, training and project support as required.
