Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT Training & Support Executive to conduct ICT and digital skills training across levels, support tool adoption, and develop digital materials. • Diploma in Information Technology, Digital Media, Multimedia, Education Technology or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and other digital productivity tools.
• Basic coding knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of multimedia, photo/video editing or digital content creation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ICT and digital skills training for users across various levels.
• Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools and technology solutions.
• Develop training materials, presentations and digital learning resources.
• Provide support for multimedia, audio-visual and technology-related activities.
• Assist with technology-related programmes, workshops and projects.
• Explore and support the adoption of suitable digital applications and tools.
• Manage ICT equipment, assets, inventory and procurement records.
• Set up and maintain ICT equipment and related digital platforms.
• Administer digital platforms, surveys, bookings and other technology-related systems.
• Assist with photography, videography, video editing and digital content creation.
• Support basic coding and digital technology activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ICT-related activities.
• Perform other technology-related duties and projects as assigned.

ICT Training & Support Executive x1

Salary: $3,300 - $3,500/month

Contract Duration: 12 months

Contract Period: January 2027 - December 2027

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break

Working Days: Monday to Friday; no work on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, adaptable and able to work well with different stakeholders.

Working hours and duties may be adjusted occasionally according to operational requirements.
