Orfeostory Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Project Executive Intern to support coordinating and delivering digital projects from brief to go-live. You will act as a bridge between clients, designers, developers and internal teams, and you will track milestones, prepare updates, and ensure requirements are organised for the team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in IT, information systems, multimedia, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Interest in websites, apps, digital products, AI or automation is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work with a team in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and launch digital projects from brief to go-live.
• Bridge between clients, designers, developers and internal teams.
• Track milestones, timelines, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and simple status reports.
• Clarify client requirements and organise them for the team.
• Assist with testing and quality checks before launch.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule and scope.
