The student, as part of the Singapore Corporate Communications team and under the guidance of a supervisor, will support the team with the planning and execution of external and internal events, content development for various channels, and other communications tasks and projects as assigned.
Your Role
- Administrative & Organizational Support: Manage day-to-day tasks including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling and notes, asset organization, and tracking approvals and deadlines
- Communications Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external communications campaigns and events, coordinating logistics, timelines, and stakeholder outreach
- Short-Form Video Production: Produce short-form video content for social and internal channels such as concept, shoot, perform basic editing, and add captions/graphics for distribution
- Event & Announcement Photography: Capture and edit basic photography for events, announcements, and social media; prepare images for web and internal use
- Content Drafting & Proofreading: Draft and proofread social posts, intranet articles, email copy, and simple press materials; adapt tone for different audiences
- Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and communication workflows to ensure easy retrieval and consistent version control
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Help track campaign and content performance metrics; compile simple reports to inform future content decisions
- Collaboration & Team Support: Work with cross-functional teams to gather approvals, share assets, and maintain clear communication across projects
- Ad-hoc Communications Projects: Take on other communications tasks and short-term projects as assigned to support team priorities

Your Profile
- Education & Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field
- Organizational Strengths: Strong organizational and administrative skills; comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and multiple priorities
- Multimedia Skills: Experience creating basic video content and photography; familiarity with simple photo and video editing tools
- Writing Proficiency: Clear, concise writing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social platforms and best practices for short-form content formats
- Collaboration Tools: Comfortable using collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Webex, SharePoint); quick to learn new platforms
- Portfolio: Portfolio or samples of prior video/photo/content work (student or personal projects acceptable)
- Adaptability & Team Fit: Proactive, reliable, and able to take direction while contributing creative ideas
