Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a capable professional to design, develop, deploy, and support low-code solutions in a contract role based in Singapore. You will gather business requirements, build data models and dashboards, and ensure security and governance across digital applications.

The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and IT partners, plus maintaining documentation and ensuring SLAs are met. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, IS, engineering or related field.
• Solid grasp of app development concepts, databases, UI, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform via projects, internships, or work.
• Familiar with workflows, business rules, UIs, permissions, and basic data integrations.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support low-code applications, workflow automations, and digital solutions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and digitisation.
• Develop and maintain applications, workflows, dashboards, integrations, data models, and reusable components.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and operational support for deployed solutions.
• Support ICT security, data governance, privacy, accessibility, and application lifecycle management requirements.
• Collaborate with users, stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
• Maintain technical, operational, and user documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of application development concepts, databases, data structures, UI design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience.
• Familiarity with workflows, business rules, user interfaces, permissions, and basic data integrations.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, or Copilot.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, and REST APIs.
• Exposure to automation platforms, enterprise applications, data analytics, or digital solution development.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile practices, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, hackathons, portfolio projects, internships, or academic projects demonstrating practical technical capabilities.
