The role focuses on digital transformation, AI adoption, and data-driven decision making to improve operations and service delivery.

• Degree in Information Systems, CS, Data Science, AI, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience with operations, IT and finance, plus 2+ years in management.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Organized under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and RAG.
• Understanding of autonomy in AI agents and workflow orchestration.
• Experience applying AI/automation to improve processes and services.
• Proficient in Excel, Power Query, Pivot, and SQL.
• Familiar with Robotic Process Automation software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management before deploying new features.
• Provide strategic oversight of HMS to support end-to-end housing operations.
• Govern accuracy of housing content across NTU websites and intranet.
• Support data analysis and reporting for occupancy, applications, check-ins/outs, withdrawals.
• Develop and update HMS user guides and support structures for users.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery with internal and external partners.
• Lead ad-hoc projects and analyse data to derive actionable insights.
• Champion business process re-engineering to boost productivity and satisfaction.
• Promote AI-enabled solutions to improve operations and decision-making.
