CHARTERHOUSE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is looking for an E-Commerce Executive to support website management, content updates and performance improvements.

The role involves involvement with e-commerce platforms, marketing activities, and coordinating with internal teams to drive online and offline sales. You should have prior experience in website management or digital marketing, be familiar with GA4 and Shopify, and understand website traffic, cookie tracking and conversion metrics.

Formación

• Prior experience in website management, digital marketing or a related field.
• Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Shopify.
• Good understanding of website traffic, cookie tracking and conversion rates.
• Experience in website content updates and performance monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Manage website content updates and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate website enhancements and conduct user testing to ensure smooth functionality.
• Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour and conversion rates, including tracking visitors who proceed to checkout or complete purchases.
• Manage cookie tracking and use website analytics to understand customer behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular website checks and maintain relevant documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate website requests and updates.
• Support e-commerce platform updates, product marketing and sales campaigns to drive online and offline sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
