Job summary

RECRUIT HAUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Corporate Sales & Events Executive to join our team. This role blends corporate sales, client relationship management and event coordination within the F&B, luxury, and lifestyle space.

You will generate leads, prepare proposals, manage a CRM pipeline, and support brand activations and tastings while coordinating seamless events, including on-site support and occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, events or hospitality.
• Confident and comfortable engaging with people across different industries.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in wines, spirits, premium F&B or lifestyle events would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads from corporate clients, event partners and key accounts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and respond to sales enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate and support corporate/private events, tastings and brand activations.
• Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Coordinate event logistics, including stock, displays and event materials.
• Provide on-site event support when required, including occasional evenings/weekends.
• Maintain sales pipeline/CRM records and coordinate invoicing and post-event documentation.
• Support other sales, marketing and operational activities as required.
