To plan, manage and execute online marketing and promote the company’s luxury watch business.
Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other relevant online platforms.
Create engaging content, advertisements, promotions and marketing materials to attract potential customers.
Manage online advertising and monitor their effectiveness to generate sales enquiries.
Identify and explore new e-commerce platforms and digital channels to expand the company’s customer reach.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through social media, websites and other online platforms.
Follow-up with potential customers and convert enquiries into actual sales opportunities.
Develop strategies to increase awareness and customer engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitors and customer preferences within the luxury watch industry.
