Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support Watches & Fine Jewellery Marketing Manager in Singapore.

You will help develop and adapt the business strategy, drive long-term brand image, and grow the client database with a 360-degree, client-centric approach. You will manage CRM campaigns online and offline, collaborate with Retail, Product, VM and Fashion divisions, ensure data privacy, plan boutique events, and contribute to local digital retail projects to elevate

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in CRM/Marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local client strategy and events.
• Manage CRM campaigns end to end online and offline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across divisions.
• Plan and implement client targeting and engagement.
• Monitor and report on CRM KPIs and ROI.
