Job summary

TrueWatch(Singapore) is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Executive to own day-to-day digital marketing activities in the IT/tech solutions sector. You will support content creation, social media, SEO, and campaign reporting, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

The role offers hands-on exposure across the full digital marketing mix and a clear growth path toward a Marketing Executive position within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, digital marketing or campaign execution in B2B/IT tech.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of social platforms, analytics, SEO basics and tools like GA/GC.
• Canva, Figma or similar design/video tools are a plus.
• Highly organized with strong project management and deadlines.
• Proactive self-starter with cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on content, social media and digital campaigns.
• Own content calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designer to create marketing collateral.
• Track performance and provide insights to optimize results.
• Coordinate assets for major events, case studies, and campaigns.
